Pudi Mangapathi Rao of Vizianagaram District

Pudi Mangapathi Rao is from Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh. He served as an MLA of Uttarapalli Assembly Constituency during 2004 – 2009. Before to him, the constituency was represented by Kolla Appala Naidu for five terms. Appala Naidu won in 1983, 1985, 1989, 1994 and 1999 Assembly elections. Pudi Mangapathi Rao contested and won in 2004 elections on the ticket of the Congress Party.

Presently Mangapathi Rao is with YSR Congress Party. Uttarapalli was dissolved in 2009 elections with the implementation of territorial delimitation of Assembly and Lok Sabha constituencies by Election Commission of India.
