Siddipet District in Telangana – New Mandals, Assembly Constituencies and Population

The Government of Telangana has decided to form Siddipet district as part of its efforts to create more districts in Telangana state. The proposed Siddipet district will be carved out from the existing medak district with an area of 4398.75 sq.kms and population of 11,90,209.

New mandals to be included in Siddipet district will be Daulatabad, Dubbaka, Mirdoddi, Toguta, Gajwel, Jagadevpur, Kondapaka, Mulugu, Vargal, Chigurumamidi, Husnabad, Koheda, Saidapur, Bachchannapet, Cheryal, Madduru, Narmetta, Yillantakunta, Chinna Koduru, nangunuru and Siddipet.

Assembly constituencies in the district will be Dubbaka, Gajwel, Husnabad, Janagaon, Manakonduru and Siddipet. The details of mandals, area and its population in Siddipet district are given below:
