YSR Rythu Bharosa Status – Check Status of First Phase, Beneficiaries List, Link Bank Account

AP Government is all set to launch first phase of YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme in October 2019. First phase of YSR Rythu Bharosa will be implemented and farmers will get Rs.12500 into their bank accounts. This amount includes Rs.6000 from PMKSY of Central Government. Following are details of YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme, online status, submission of relevant forms etc.

Eligibility for YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme:

  1. Rythu Bharosa is applicable for horticulture, sericulture also but they need to be cultivated in atleast an acre.
  2. If a landlord has more than one tenant for his land, Rythu Bharosa benefit will be applicable for only one farmer (koulu rythu). ST farmers will be given priority in such cases. Next priority will be given for SC, BC and Minority farmers.
  3. Farmers must be growing vegetables, flowers, fodder in at least half an acre.
  4. Rythu Bharosa will be applicable for Central and state government employees based on their income / salary.

YSR Rythu Bharosa First Phase in October 2019. Farmers have to link bank accounts with aadhaar and pattadar passbook.

Following categories are not eligible:

  1. Present and former MPs, MLAs, Minsiters, MLCs, Mayors, ZP Charimen and other representatives.
  2. Rythu Bharosa is not applicable for organised landlords.
  3. Doctors registered in respective councils are not eligible.
  4. Those getting pension of Rs.10000 per month are not eligible for Rythu Bharosa.
  5. PSU employees, their affiliate staff, permanent employees of independent bodies and local bodies are not eligible for YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme.

YSR Rythu Bharosa – Check Status:

Government of AP will launch a separate website / portal for Rythu Bharosa scheme. Eligible farmers can check the status of payment. Farmers have to link their bank account with passbook, aadhaar etc. Village volunteers are entrusted with identifying eligible farmers under YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. They have to visit individual farmers and check the eligibility.

Credit in Bank Accounts of Farmers:

Uner YSR Rythu Bharosa, the amount of total financial assistance of Rs 12,500 would be deposited in farmer’s bank account. The beneficiary amount also includes Rs 6,000 as promised under PM Kisan Yojana by the Central Government. The remaining amount of Rs 6,500 will be borne by the State government.
