Loan for Booking a Flat in Happy Nest:
This is depending upon the terms of the bank offering loans. Usually banks do not encourage loan for booking of a flat. They need Agreement of Sale to process the loan along with other documents provided by t he builder.

The buyer has to pay the booking amount through VISA / Maestro / Master / RuPay Cards (Debit Card/ Credit Card) only. Cash / Cheques are not accepted for booking a flat in Amaravati – Happy Nest.
