  3. Expansion of HMDA is good..but the zones u have divided is purely under political preesure..hmda is doing favour to the big shots who have purchased thousands of acres in a particular villages ……..eg in Aloor, Chevella mandal..

  4. this master plan not going to allow to caman people to live in city as well as out side the city also. what is use of conservation zone and for whome it will be going to benfit will be clearly understood. in master plan there is a 90 % area gos under this conservation zone. it is highly surprising that most the area in the plan there is no residencial zone .

    without residencial zone there is no devolopment will be possible. how hmda plan without residenceal devolopment is possible. what they are thinking .

    we should fight against this plan.

      Doulthabad, Hatnoor, Madnal Medadk Dist. this Master Plan not goin to allow to caman people to live in city as well as out of ORR and for whome it will be benfit will be clearly under area 20 feet road.
      Without residencail Zone there is no devlopmnent will be possible, how Hmda possible, what they are thining, in Sy no. 38/U at Nasthipur Villange , 39/A adn Mangapur Villange Syn 229/48.
      we should fight aginst this plan.

  5. Hyderabad is growing fast in infrastructural wise, it is a great development. But due to this a common man facing some issues. please consider the issues in particular area for the approach from ORR service road to their lands. provide the radial roads at least at an interval of 1/2 km so that every farmer get approach to their field. their are not getting power, water, fertilizers, etc., properly. Even now the way to their fields. No government solving their existing problems, but creating new problems. In what way we have to go to our respective fields. At Muttangi Village (Junction), Patancheru Mandal in the survey no’s: 179, 177, etc.

    We the undersigned beg to submit the following real facts for your kind consideration and favorable action.

    1. We submit that we are the absolute owers and possessors of house plots, pacca Buildings and Commercial Shops, situated at Mangapur and Nastipur Village of Hathnoora Mandal, Dist, Medak , abetting to POW Road, which leads to Narsapur to Sangareddy.

    We constructed by us after obtaining permissions form Executive officers, Gram panchayth, Doulthabad and Nastipur Villages , afters consulation with PWD and R & B Departments, and we constructed as per rules and norms of PWD and R & B Deartments leaving suffient road boundary before our respective buildings, but we learnt the the Government is extending the road form Gajwel to Sangareddy under Metropolitan Development Pan 2031 for Hyderaad Metropolitan Region which is causing huge loss to our properties. Our Following Properties will be damaged and our families would put to starvation as because our families depends on only on the earning of our respective business, which are existing in the premises in where we constructed our pacca Buildings, Shops, Sheds, etc., we are by selling our prime properties inside the villages, we purchased the present existing properties for our livelihood, we purchased the House plots and obtained permission form concerned authorities and constructed pacca buildings to eak our livelihood, but it is learnt the the Government planned to extend the PWD Road, which would ruin our lives, as because the properties which would cause loss to us would be in crores as per the present market value, we are here with submitting each and every victim property details are as below:.
    Sajeed Hussain S/o Shaik Hussian Age 37 Yers Occu, Business, occu: Business, R/o.Doulthabad Village, we have open Plot in Sy.No 38/U, to and extent of 121 Sq.yards, situated at Nasthipur Village, as per Presend Market Value of the Propertyis worth of Rs.6.00.000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Only)

    3.We the above mentioned persons humbly submit that if your houors diverted road form Nasthipur shivar Village we will not loose our bread as there would not be any damage to our properties, it is further submitted that as said supra if the proposed road is extended through our properties we have no other go except to commit suicide as we forego our bread, because we are only the bread winners of our families.
    Hence we are all prays our good self to divert the proposed road from Nashipur shivar , otherwise we would put to starvation.
