Telangana Rashtra Samithi has announced its list of candidates for the coming bye elections 2021 in Andhra Pradesh. Following are the TRS candidates for 6 constituencies. In Nagarkurnool, the party has decided to support Nagam Janardhan Reddy who will be contesting as an independent. The TDP has already finalized it’s candidates. The party in power, Congress is yet to make its mind on various constituencies. Here is the list of TRS contestants:
1) Adilabad: Jogu Ramanna (Former TDP MLA)
2) Kamareddy: Gampa Goverdhan (Former TDP MLA)
3) Station Ghanpur: T Rajaiah (Former Congress MLA and Minister)
4) Kollapur: Jupally Krishna Rao (Former Congress MLA and Minister)
5) Mahaboobnagar: Sayed Ibrahim
The Election Commission has announced bye elections schedule 2012 last week for the 7 vacant Assembly constituencies in Andhra Pradesh. The TDP and Congress are also fielding the candidates for all the constituencies. The TDP has almost finalised it’s candidates for 7 seats. The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy lead TSR Congress Party has decided to stay away its self from the bye elections.
