Depositors of Agri Gold scam have got more time to submit the documents to the authorities concerned in AP and Telangana states. High Court has extended the time for four more weeks for the convenience of Agri Gold depositors.
Rs. 10000 Depositors:
Depositors who have deposited Rs.10000 and less than that amount will be considered for repayment as per the High Court orders. The documents can be submitted to the legal services authorities concerned at the district level.
Death of Depositors:
In case of death of depositors, their nominees will be considered for repayment. They need to produce death certificate of the depositor and nominee certificates.
If any depositor have multiple deposits of value less than Rs.10000 in Agri Gold, single deposit only considered for repayment. Only verified customers will be paid the deposit amount.
