Project has not mentioned UDS details. Total project cost including amenities will be divided into installments. You have to pay the amount as per the schedule given in the post above.

Amenities including parking, infrastructure costs you around Rs.10 lakhs. A 3 BHK flat for 1500 sft will cost around 65 lakhs. With registration, you can conclude it at 70 lakhs, a bit pricey.

Anybody can buy these flats. Advance amount is not fully refundable. You will get 50 percent booking amonut if you cancel it within 30 days.
What is the carpet area. I mean percentage of common area is to be deducted in flat area.

The slots have not been released by CRDA. They may release the details once the booking schedule is confirmed.
if i dont get flat , will i get back my booking amount back to my account , any deductions ..???
Hi,
Yes, you will get back 100 percent refund. CRDA has informed that the advance booking amount of those not allotted flat through online booking on 9th November has already been send to their bank accounts and will be deposited within 2-3 days. But those get the flat have to forgo 50 percent amount if decided to cancel the booking. That is heavy punishment.

It is completely online process. You do not need bank account. Just log on the Happy Nest Live and book the flat online and payment also through online.
As per your advertisement,the entire project is RERA compatible.As I understood RERA,the carpet area is the area bound by outer four walls of the flat.It appears this is is not the case with these flat sizes.Are common areas like balconies, elevator ,stair case,gym & other areas are also included in the total flat size, which I believe is against the RERA.
