AP CRDA launches Amaravati Housing Scheme – Eligibility and Application Procedure

Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority – AP CRDA has launched Amaravati Housing scheme for poor people in the new capital region. Applications will be received at CRDA Offices in the capital region villages.

The residents of villages in the capital region can apply for the houses in CRDA Housing Scheme by 17th August 2017. The applications will be scrutinised on 18th and 19th August 2017. Shortlisting will be completed between 21st and 23rd August 2017. The selection and eligible beneficiaries list will be displayed on 24th August 2017.

Eligibility Requirements:

People who have white ration cards can apply for the CRDA Housing Scheme being implemented by Andhra Pradesh Township and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APTIDCO).

They should not have any house or land in capital region. The beneficiary or their family members should not have availed any housing benefits from the government previously.

Application Procedure:

Eligible people can apply in the AP CRDA Offices in capital region. The details also available with the offices. Age should be between 21 – 60 years. More than 5000 houses will be constructed in G plus 3 mode.
