AP Govt Employees IR Updates – 11th Pay Revision Details

Lakhs of government of employees in Andhra Pradesh are waiting for the IR as the pay revision has not been implemented for a long time. The new pay revision commission has to submit its report and the employees are looking for IR announcement from the Government.

AP Government has approved in principle to give IR (Interim Relief) to the Government employees. The modalities have to be formulated before the final decision.

11th Pay Revision:

The new 11th Pay Revision Commission is yet to submit its report to the Government. The employees are demanding announcement of IR before the issue of election notification. Regularisation of contract employees is another demand from the employees.

Following are some other demands of AP Govt Employees:

1) CPS (Contributory Pension Scheme) has to be abolished as like in New Delhi. Assembly has to take up a resolution on this.

2) Pay Revision should be implemented to the employees of State PSUs and Gurukul Schools.

3) Allocation of land to employees associations in Amaravati.
4) Retirement age of class 4 employees should be increased another two years.
5) Employees Health Cards scheme should be implemented properly.
