Andhra Pradesh police are implementing echallan system for traffic violations in the the state. Public with two wheelers or four wheelers can check the AP Echallan portal at www.apechallan.org and check for any challans by police. You can also pay the challans online or at any mee seva centers. Following is the step by step procedure to check echallan of AP police:
Check echallan by AP Police:
- Log on to https://apechallan.org/
- Enter your vehicle number: Car / bike etc number
- Enter captcha as shown on the portal
- Click on SEARCH button.
- Your pending and paid challans will be displayed.
- Select unpaid challans and pay them online / meeseva center
Echallan for all the districts:
Echallan system is available for the people of all the districts of AP from Srikakulam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Kurnool, Kadapa, Ananthapur, Chittoor, Krishna, Prakasam to Nellore districts.
Complaint for wrong challan:
People can also file a complaint if they were penalised by the police by mistake or wrongly. You can submit the complaint through the same website www.apechallan.org .
Step by step procedure to file complaint:
- Log on to https://apechallan.org/
- Click on – Complaints
- Fill the details: Complaint type (Fake number place / wrong challan / payment issues)
- Enter Vehicle number / Name / Mobile Number / Email
- Click on SUBMIT
- Note down the reference number for future updates on your complaint.
