APSRTC New Salary Structure for Drivers, Conductors after 43 Percent Fitment

The Andhra Pradesh Government has announced 43 percent fitment for the APSRTC employees. The new salaries as per the revised pay structure will come into force from July 2015. About 62000 APSRTC employees will benefit from the decision. The arrears of the revised pay scales will be disbursed on retirement day. The previous three months arrears will be given on Dasara and Diwali. Following is the table indicating new pay structure for APSRTC employees from July 2015:

After the 43 percent fitment, the junior drivers will get Rs. 13699 as basic in the new pay structure. The Shramiks will get Rs. 10818 as basic pay in the new salary scales. The Government of AP has deferred hike in RTC charges for the time being.

On the other hand, the Telangana Government also increased salaries for TSRTC employees. The TS Government has announced 44 percent fitment with various other benefits to its RTC employees. The benefits include free traveling for retired employees, regularization of contract employees. The revised pay scale of Telangana employees is given above.
