BJP will be releasing its candidates list of the coming Assembly Elections 2018 in Telangana State. The party will be fighting alone in the state and fielding candidates for all 119 Assembly constituencies. The Central and State leaderships of BJP have divided over approach towards TRS leadership. Central leadership of BJP has been soft towards TRS considering future alliance for Lok Sabha elections to be held in 2019.
Following are the present MLAs of BJP in Telangana. All of them will be fielded in Assembly elections 2018 from the same constituencies.
Musheerabad: Dr K Laxman
Amberpet: G Kishan Reddy
Khairatabad: C Ramachandra Reddy
Goshamahal: T Raja Singh
Uppal: NVVS Prabhakar
Remaining list of candidates will be released by the central leadership of BJP within a couple of days. The party is in no mood to going for any alliances with any party. TDP’s exit from NDA at the center has closed the option of their alliance in Telangana. MIM, Congress, Left Parties are arch rivals of BJP. Hence BJP has left with no option to go alone for the elections.
