With the official announcement of capital city of Andhra Pradesh, there are huge speculations around real estate market and future capital formation in various places in and around Vijayawada and other district headquarters.
It is much awaited announcement for many real estate bigwigs in Guntur and Krishna districts. The announcement still creates so much space for speculation in real estate market in the region.
It is not clear for many investors to which part or side of the vijayawada will be ideal for investment. There are concerns that the capital city may expand more towards Godavari districts than Guntur.
The reason for tilt towards Godavari districts is the availability of more government lands and comparatively less pricing for private lands. This might be reason for Chandrababu Naidu to keep the options open through saying the capital city location – around Vijayawada but not Vijayawada – Guntur region.
