Government of Tamil Nadu is issuing epasses for the citizens to move outside for essential services. These are vehicle epass to be given to the people in Chennai and other areas of the state to meet emergency and essential requirements on providing valid proof for the same. These are also called as corona passes. Following are details of online application and step by step procedure to get epass in Chennai:

- Select: List of Services offered across all states (on the right)
- Select: Tamil Nadu
- Select / Click on: ePass_TN and proceed with application process

- Fill all the required details and submit the online application.
People do not need any original documents or certificates to apply for this service. Epass will be issued based on the service necessity.
Terms and Conditions of Epass in Tamil Nadu:
The persons travelling must confine themselves to home quarantine for 14 days on return to the district concerned. The authorities may accept or reject the epass application without citing any reason.
