Tripura is one of the least effected sates of Corona virus as on 24th April 2020. The state has just reported the second case of coronavirus on 10th April, 2020. Even though the cases are not spreading rapidly, there is a scope coronavirus strangling this state too. There haven’t been any deaths reported lately but there have been two cases each from the districts of Gomati and North Tripura. Corona Testing Hospital in Tripura:
Government has so far set up two testing centers and many isolation centers to contain Corona pandemic. Government Medical College located in Agartala has set up to self-check for coronavirus. Currently, over 800 people in the state are under quarantine while 685 of them are in home isolation.
Corona Hotspots in Tripura:
Gomati and North Tripura districts of Tripura, where the two cases occurred were declared as hotspots. But, due to the reduction in the spread of the virus, they were classified into the orange zones as issued by the Union health ministry.
