CRDA Happy Nest 2nd Phase Bookings from 10th December 2018 – Reports ETV

Latest Update: Happy Nest Second phase online booking will be opened for public on 10th December 2018, reports ETV. The AP – CRDA has also officially announced  the status of second phase online booking of flats of Happy Nest apartment project in Nelapadu – Amaravati. ETV has reported that the new date for the next phase of online booking will be from 10th December 2018. CRDA is going to put all the remaining 900 flats for sale in the second phase. Earlier CRDA was proposed to sale the flats in three phases with 300 flats in each phase. CRDA Commissioner, Ch Sridhar has also mentioned launch of Happy Nest Series 2 after completion of Happy Nest Series 1.

Hyderabadis got 87 Flats in First Phase:

First phase booking was closed on 9th November 2018 after all the 300 flats were
sold out within a few hourse. CRDA has confirmed that people from Hyderabad
have booked 87 flats in the first phase, contrary to the expectations of huge demand from NRIs.

Following are the details of buyers in the first phase as released by AP – CRDA:

Buyers from Hyderabad: 87 Flats
Vijayawada and surrounding areas: 31 Flats
Guntur and surrounding areas: 29 flats
NRI buyers: 25 flats (Buyers are from USA, UK, Gulf, Singapore, Germany, France,
Italy etc.)
Buyers from Visakhapatnam: 17 flats
Krishna District: 9 flats
Buyers from Bangalore: 9 flats

Sale Agreement in 30 days:

Buyers who have booked Happy Nest flats online have to execute Agreement of Sale within 30 days from the booking date. Flats will be confirmed to them only after verification of e-KYC. Buyers have to pay 10 percent of flat cost at the time of
execution of Agreement of Sale.

Refund for Advance Booking Amount:

Buyers who have not been allotted flats but paid the advance booking amount in first phase sale will get the total refund to their bank accounts. CRDA has informed that the advance booking amounts of failed allotments / transactions have already been sent online to the respective accounts. They money will be deposited into their accounts within 2-3 days.
