Good news for those booked apartments in Happy Nest project of AP – CRDA at Nelapadu in Amaravati. CRDA has started the construction of the project. Ground breaking (Bhumi Puja) has been performed by Cherukuri Sridhar, Commissioner of AP – CRDA. The prestigious residential apartment project will be completed in three years.
The construction work has been given to Shapporji and Pallonji group. CRDA is expecting that the apartment towers will have excellent durability given the reputation of the contractors. Structural designs of Happy Nest project are by IIT Chennai.
Bhumi Puja details:
Flat owners of Happy Nest also attended the ground breaking ceremony of the towers. CRDA has informed that the customers are being provided access to the construction visuals recorded through CCTV cameras. They will also be appraised about the project progress periodically.
Original time of project completion is three years. CRDA is expected to complete the construction work within two years. The project has been designed and conceptualised at the initial stage itself. It is a green project of AP CRDA.
Happy Nest – 2 Updates:
CRDA has also informed that the approvals for Happy Nest – 2 also were taken. The formalities of the project are progressing at brisk pace. Happy Nest – 2 will be launched soon after the completion of process of approvals and designs. Location also has to be finalised by CRDA in consultation with AP Government.
