Houses in Ambedkar Nagar and SR Nagar:
Government of Telangana has issued a GO in 2015 making provision for 2 BHK housing scheme in Warangal district. Government has sanctioned the scheme for the eligible people in Warangal district. Houses will be constructed in G+3, G+2 and G+ pattern as followed in IDH colony in Hyderabad.

3957 Houses:
A total of 3957 2 BHK houses will be constructed in 6 slums in Warangal. The district collector has already notified the Government Orders and requested the Government of Telangana for land conversion.
G+3 colonies will be constructed in Ambedkar Nagar and G+2 houses will be constructed in SR Nagar. The beneficiaries will be finalised as per the details of socio economic survey.
Government has approved for the construction of 2 BHK houses in Warangal each house in 560 sft and with a cost of Rs. 900 per sft as the maximum limit of construction cost. Tenders will be called to select the contractor / builder.
