Farmers and land owners of Andhra Pradesh can now download epassbook from the official website of revenue department at meebhoomi.ap.gov.in . The step by step procedure to download e-passbook is given below. All that you need to dowonlaod epassbook is your aadhaar number or khata number. See details below:
Step by step procedure to download epassbook:
- Log on to https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/Home.aspx
- Click on ‘Electronic Passbook’ in the menu. You will be redirected to this page: https://meebhoomi.ap.gov.in/PPRequest.aspx
- Select the option of Khata Number / Aadhaar Number
- Fill details of district, mandal, village, khata / aadhaar number, mobile number and also enter the code given.
- Now press Click Cheyandi button. A link to your e-passbook will be displayed. You can download the passbook and save it as PDF for your reference.

No intervention of revenue officials:
Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken this initiative to avoid delays in delivering hard copies of passbooks. It also speed up the process and avoids corruption as farmers need not contact VROs, MROs and other officials for passbook.

Apart from epassbook, farmers can also download adangal, 1b, FMB and village map from mee bhoomi portal. The portal has been updated with details of litigation on various lands across the state. This will also help the farmers to know any legal issues pending on their lands.
