Verifying income tax return in India has never been this much easy. As the Income Tax departments introduces e-filing IT returns with Aadhaar OTP, you can submit and verify the IT returns quickly with so much convenience.
Following is the procedure to e-verify IT returns:
1) Login to e-Filing portal
2) Submit your returns by selecting verification mode as Aadhaar OTP.
3) OTP will be received on Registered Mobile Number linked with Aadhaar.
4) Enter the OTP received when asked for the same.
5) Now ITR is verified.
Link Aadhaar with PAN:
All that you need to do to avail this facility is just link your Aadhaar with PAN number. E-Verification can also be done through Net Banking, Bank Account, Demat Account and ATMs.
