It’s a clear win for BJP in Goa Assembly elections 2012 for which counting in held on 6th March 2012. The Goa voters have elected their new MLAs with a decisive vote. Manohar Parrikar of the BJP will be the new Chief Minister of Goa. BJP has almost sweeped the elections. In a Assembly of 40 seats, BJP has won in 25 seats leaving the Congress behind with just 8 seats. Other secured 5 seats. Earlier the political observers surprised with morethan 80 percent turn out in Goad polling. The result of that polling is an indication of the clean sweep of BJP.
