Good news for those missed the flat booking in Amaravati Happy Nest – 1 residential project. AP – CRDA has started preparations to launch Happy Nest 2 Series very soon. If everything goes right, Happy Nest Series 2 will be rolled out in January 2019. Online bookings will be opened by Sankranthi festival in January 2019 through happynest.live .
Another 1000 – 1200 flats:
CRDA is proposed to bring another 1000 – 1200 residential flats or smart homes as they called by CRDA for sale in Happy Nest 2 project. The designs of towers are being worked out by CRDA with the help of architects. The location of the project also has to be finalised by CRDA.

The Commissioner of CRDA, Ch. Sridhar has said that a meeting with architects has been held by CRDA on Happy Nest 2 project. He declared that the project will be ready by Sankranthi festival in January 2019.
Happy Nest 1 works in a month:
The construction work of Happy Nest 1 will start in a month. CRDA has to call for tenders for the contractors. CRDA Commissioner has informed that 4500 people have responded and sent feedback on the project. CRDA has sold 1200 flats in 12 towers as part of Happy Nest – 1.
More interest on 1200 sft flats:
CRDA has disclosed that more buyers are interested in flats in the range of area of 1200 sft – 1600 sft. Happy Nest 2 is likely to have more number of flats in this range, as per CRDA. Previous project has only 100 plus 2 BHK flats.
