Just Updated: CRDA sources have informed that the second phase of online booking of Happy Nest flats will be open on 10th December 2018. The sale is for 900 flats in all blocks. CRDA Commissioner Ch. Sridhar has also announced that the Happy Nest Series 2 will be launched after the completion of present project.

AP CRDA (AP Capital Region Development Authority) is coming up with an apartment project with gated community facilities. The project named as Happy Nest will spread across 14.16 acres with 1200 flats. There will be two phases in the project consisting 600 flats in each phase. This will be a G+19 project in 12 towers. Parking will be provided in cellar. The construction will start from October / Dasara 2018.

Rs.3500 per sft:
The location of the project is near to the administrative area of the capital. It will be 0.5 km distance from the housing project of gazetted officers. The launching price will be around Rs.3500 per sft.
Area specifications:
Flat areas are 1285 sft (2 BHK), 1580 sft (3 BHK), 1925 sft (3 BHK) and 2150 sft (3 BHK). These are the carpet areas of the flats.

Online Booking:
Interested people can buy / book the flats through online. Separate website will be launched soon for this purpose. The flats will be allotted on first come first serve basis.
The construction area is 20 percent of the land and 80 percent is open area. Facilities such as swimming pool, sports courts, squash, shuttle court, tennis court, 50000 sft club house, 1 KM walking track will be provided to the residents.

Website for this apartments will be inaugurated by CBN on 31st Oct 2018, Around 14th November CRDA will start the booking. one should pay 7% of the total cost at the time of booking. All the details should be available from the website they are about to launch.

The website for online booking is yet to be started. No need of Aadhaar. Layout / floor plans will be released by 9th November. The project completion details also will be updated on AP CRDA site.

Yes. Online bookings starts from 9th November 2018. You need to apply through the website to be announced soon by AP CRDA. You may also need to pay the deposit / booking amount. This is likely to be Rs.7 lakhs.

Details of loan have not been disclosed. You may get loan depending upon the eligibility. There should not be any issues from the project side. 1200 sft may cost you around 60 lakhs. Amenities are about 10 lakhs, which is a little higher side.

It will not be allowed. There will be club house for all the basic amenities and infrastructure is also planned. They are charging huge amount for these from the buyers. Hence the association / community will not allow any shops / commercial activity.
