Happy Nest Second Phase Bookings Schedule – AP CRDA Flats in Amaravati

Second phase update: Online bookings for Happy Nest Second phase will go live from 10th December 2018. CRDA has opened the sale for 900 flats as the feedback and response from buyers has been excellent for the first phase. Only 300 flats are opened for sale in the first phase of the project. Flats in A, B, and C blocks only opened for sale in first phase. CRDA is gearing up for second phase bookings for remaining D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K and L blocks. The project will be completed in a phased manner within two years.

NRI Bookings:

It is informed that huge number of NRIs have shown interest in the project. All the flats in the first phase (300 flats) of 2 BHK and 3 BHK sizes have been sold out.

AP CRDA has come out with this project with luring location, excellent amenities and easy payment schedules. Buyers can book flat with just 10 percent of the estimated cost and go for Agreement of Sale within a month.

Loans and Project Completion Dates:

AP CRDA has launched this Happy Nest – Amaravati project recently. Online booking has started on 9th November 2018 at 9 AM. The Government of AP has not disclosed several issues regarding the project like completion of the project and loans available. But buyers did not care about these and gone for bookings.

With huge success of Amaravati Happy Nest, AP CRDA is planning for more residential projects within Amaravati. This will also fetch the resources for AP Government in the form of stamp duties and registration charges.
