With storming response for Happy Nest apartment project at Nelapadu, Amaravati (Guntur district), the CRDA is looking for more options of similar projects. Secong phase online booking has been over within one and a half hour. All 900 flats were sold out in 9 blocks.
Happy Nest Series 2 Soon:
Happy Nest Series 2 and Happy Nest Series 3 also will be launched by AP – CRDA soon, as per the announcement of CRDA commissioners, Ch Sreedhar. 700 flats were booked in the first hour of online booking. Buyers across the globe were participated in the sale and booked flats without any technical issues.

CRDA commissioner has handed over the booking / allotment letter to the customers. He declared that the tenders will be called within a week and construction work will be commenced soon after that.
24 Months:
CRDA has put a self target of 24 months (2 years) to complete Happy Nest project. The project has a total of 1200 flats of 2 BHK and 3 BHK and base price is fixed at Rs.3492 per sft.
The Happy Nest residential project is designed to provide smart homes to the buyers. Home loans by various PSU and private banks also arranged. The buyers have to execute Agreement of Sale within a month after online booking.
I was unable to book the flat in the last series. I am interested to buy a flat in the forthcoming happynest series.
The Happy Nest Series 2 may be opened after Sankranthi. The site / location is yet to be announced. You can submit interest to buy the flat so that you will be updated about the launch of happy nest 2.
