HMDA Hyderabad – BRS Online Application Process Guidelines – 2015

Following are the guidelines to be followed under BRS / BPS Scheme – 2015 in HMDA (Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority) of Government of Telangana. The online applications can be submitted through HMDA website www.hmda.gov.in after registering with the basic details. Here is the step by step procedure to apply online for BRS scheme – 2015:

1) You should read all the rules mentioned in GO MS No 152 MA & UD dated 2 November 2015 carefully and ensure that the building / flat / house falls in the applicable categories for regulation of unauthorized Constructions in HMDA limits.

2) Go through the online application form carefully and fill up all the columns correct information.

3) You need to obtain the market value certificate of your land / flat / construction / building / house from the concerned sub registrar office. This rule have been relaxed as the information is available with the Government authorities and also on HMDA website.

4) You need to submit all the documents to be enclosed along with application. Keep all the scanned copies of documents.

5) There are Licensed Technical Personnel authorized by the competent authority or registered Architects to assist and guide the citizens while filling up the Application Form, calculation of the penalization charges and and preparation of the required plans.

6) You must get a the necessary certificate from licensed structural engineers (In case of high rise building) / licensed engineer (in case of non high rise building). Also get clearance certificates from Fire Services Department and Airport Authority of India (AAI) as per rule no. 4 of GO 152.

7) You can make online payments to HMDA through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, RTGS / NEFT and eCollection Payment Advise
(equivalent to CASH challan).

8) Do not forget to get a copy of all the documents for your own record and future reference.

9) Fill up the online application form at HMDA website carefully and upload the required scanned documents and submit. Must have a copy of the Acknowledgment as you need to quote the Online Application Number for any further correspondence in future.
