Hyderabad Metro Phase 3 from BHEL to Lakdikapul via Gachibowli

Another good news for the commuters in Hyderabad. The HMRL (Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited) is proposed to set up a new line from BHEL to Lakdikapul via Gachibowli. The length of this new line is 29 km. Delhi Metro is given with the responsibility of preparing DPR for this project.

Connecting Areas:

The new metro rail route from BHEL to Lakdikapul will connect important and busy areas like Chandanagar, Alwyn Cross Roads, Hafeezpet, Kothaguda, Gachibowli, Biodiversity, Kajaguda, Whisper Valley, Tolichowki, Rethibowli, Mehdipatnam and Masabtank.

Third phase of Hyderabad Metro from BHEL to Lakdikapul will east the traffic in busy areas like Gachibowli and Chandanagar.

Miyapur to Alwyn Colony:

Along with this, there will be a short lane between Miyapur and Alwyn Colony. With this BHEL will have two corrodirs, one towards LB Nagar via Miyapur and another towards Lakdikapul via Gachibowli.

Second Phase:

The second phase of Metro project is yet to be finalised by the Government. It is proposed to be laid between Gachibowli and Shamshabad, LB Nagar to Hayatnagar, Nagole to LB Nagar and Miyapur to Lingampalli / BHEL. Let us hope the metro rail system in Hyderabad will rise the brand Hyderabad to new heights.
