The government of India has made it mandatory to link Indane gas connection and Aadhaar card number for all the users of LPG. The gas consumers of Indane have to submit Form 2 along with a copy of Aadhaar Card to the concerned gas distributors.
The consumers using Indane gas of Indian Oil Corporation will get the subsidy amount into their bank account. In return the gas consumer has to pay the total amount at the time of the delivery of the gas cylinders.
The consumers can download the Form 2 application of Indane gas from the company website at www.indane.co.in . The idea behind the initiative is to identify the malpractice in the gas subsidies.
The consumers can also check whether their Aadhaar Card number is linked to the bank account. If not, you need to submit a copy of the Aadhaar Card to the concerned bank.
