ITBPF- Indo Tibetan Border Police Force has issued recruitment notification for the posts of Head Constable (Telecommunication) and Constable (Telecommunication). Interested candidates can apply in the prescribed format available on the website. All the above mentioned posts will be filled on temporary basis initially and likely to be permanent. Candidates should be willing to work in anywhere in the country, if selected. Here follows the details of vacancies and application process:
A) Head Constable (Telecommunication): Total posts: 609; Eligibility: Candidates should have passed in 10th Class / SSC along with two years Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in Electronics / Electrical / Computers. Those candidates with three years diploma in Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electrical branches after 10th class / SSC may also apply. Applicants age should be between 18-25 years.
B) Constable (Telecommunication): 86 posts; Eligibility Requirements: Candidates should have passed in SSC / 10th Class with two years ITI certificate in any of the branches of Electronics / Electrical / Computers. Those with 10th Class / SSC pass with Science and three years Diploma in Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electrical specialisations also can apply. Candidates age should be between 18 – 23 years.
Selection procedure consist of various stages such as Checking of documents, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Written Examination for 100 Marks. Written Test consist of the following sections with objective multiple choice questions:
General English: 20 questions 20 Marks
General Awareness : 20 questions 20 Marks
General Hindi: 20 questions 20 Marks
Simple Reasoning : 20 questions 20 Marks
Quantitative Aptitude Test : 20 questions 20 Marks
