Know Your Bhudhaar – Apply Online for Bhudhaar Number in AP

Bhudhaar is the latest program of Government of Andhra Pradesh as part of its real time governance efforts. Bhudhaar, which is a part of Bhuseva project is aimed at allotting unique 11 digit number to all the properties in the state. Any changes made through Bhuseva transactions will be reflected in Bhudhaar as well.

Know your Bhudhaar:

eKYB (electronic know your bhudhaar) is almost similar to eKYC. eKYB is the process to know your Bhudhaar number online. You need to do the following to get your Bhudhaar.

1) Bhudhaar number will be allotted if you apply for the same. The department concerned will check the details and allot Bhudhaar number.

2) Your Bhudhaar number will be linked to your Aadhaar number.

3) If any changes are made through sale / purchase of property, Bhudhaar number will be updated immediately and old Bhudhaar number will become invalid. New Bhudhaar will be linked with Aadhaar number of the owner.

Bhudhaar Service Providers:

All the Bhudhaar services and Bhuseva services will be offered through Bhuseva portal. Apart from this, Mee Seva Centers also provide Bhudhaar / Bhuseva services with nominal charges.
