Maa Bhoomi Portal for Telangana Land Records, Pahani, EC, Adangal, Market Value – 2016

Telangana Maa Bhoomi Portal The Government of Telangana will be launching an exclusive portal for land records in the state of Telangana. The portal Maa Bhoomi / Maa Bhumi will provide all the services related to lands in Telangana. The portal www.maabhoomi.telangana.gov.in will be launched by Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

The people can avail Pahani, EC (Encumberance Certificate), Market Value, Patta, Ownership and other services through Maa Bhoomi public portal. The Government of AP has launched mee bhoomi portal (meebhoomi.ap.gov.in) a year back with similar services.

There will be separate login for the e-Seva / Mee Seva outlets where people can apply for the adangal, pahani, EC, Market Value and other services through paying required fee. People can also fine complaints to make corrections to the land records like survey numbers, extent of land and borders and nature of land etc.

All the land records will be integrated with Aadhaar Number. People can also get details of their lands by entering Aadhaar number. The online verification will be crucial in getting loans from banks and certificates like 1B, adangal, pahani etc.

  4. Sir, My name is R.VASANTHAM of Gunjapaduga village Manthani mandal in survey number 329 I have applied for Sada bainama on 21.06.2016. till today it wasn’t procesed by the Manthani Tahsildar.T the Peddapalli collector is requested to kindly look in to matter and do needful.

  5. I have land in s.No 299, Rajbolarum lambadi Thanda, under Medchal Mandal, purchased in 1983 and 84. My name was dropped several times from the Pahani, MRO Office staff doing mischief, this was brought to the MRO, Medchal several times, to the RDO and the Police, nothing has been done, even today the entries in the Pahani’s are wrong, when requested to correct, they say we will look into it, corruption is responsible for this at lower levels, and attitude of irresponsible officers and seniors at the upper level, i request that the problem be looked into at the earliest and required corrections made, to avoid future complications and litigations.
