Maharashtra is the worst corona virus hit state in India. About half of the total cases are from Maharashtra and mostly from Mumbai. Lockdown and curfew restrictions are in place across the state. Emergency travel is allowed with valid proofs. People can apply for Corona emergency travel pass through the following link:

Apply Online for Corona Emergency Pass in Maharashtra, except Pune:

  1. Log on to https://covid19.mhpolice.in/
  2. Click on – Apply for pass here
  3. Select – Do you need to visit outside Maharashtra (Yes / No)
  4. Enter all the details
  5. Attach documents / doctor certificate
  6. Upload photo
  7. Click on SUBMIT

You will be informed of the status of your pass after police verification. You can download the epass if it is approved by the police.

Terms and Conditions / Guidelines of epass:

  1. All the essential service providers / individuals can apply for Travel pass through this platform
  2. Fill all the details correctly and click on submit
  3. Combine all the relevant documents in a single file while uploading
  4. After submitting the application, you will receive a token ID. Save it, and use it to check the status of your application
  5. After the verification and approval by the concerned departments, you can download the e-pass using the token ID
  6. The e-pass will contain your details, vehicle number, validity and a QR code.
  7. Keep a soft / hard copy with you while traveling and show it to the police when asked
  8. It is a punishable offense to copy, misuse or use it after the valid date or without authorization
  9. The size of the photo should not exceed 200 KB and the size of the relevant document should not exceed 1 MB.
  10. The application form should be filled in English only

  2. You will need to enter the Token ID in order to check your application status
  3. If your application is approved, you can download your e-Pass from this page
