Government of Telangana has made several changes to the process of mutation of properties. Land mutations in original documents will take place through internet only. The entire process of mutation will be completed within 10 days thanks to the online process of mutation.
15 days to 10 days:
As per the earlier GO, the mutations have to be completed within 15 days after the receipt of all the documents concerned. With the introduction of Dharani and online process, mutations will now be completed within 10 days.

Application through Mee Seva Centers:
The Government has not allowed any corrections to mutations and transfer of property through online till the date. The latest decision of the Government of Telangana facilitates the public to apply for mutation through online, Mee Seva Centers.
No Online Corrections and Transfers:
Tahasildars will consider online applications only for mutations here onwards. Online corrections and transfers have been prohibited and Tahasildars can not do the mutations on their own. The applications have to be come through Mee Seva centers.
