In 2014 elections also YSR Congress won the seat. YCP candidate Vantala Rajeswari defeated TDP candidate Seethamsetti Venkateswara Rao with more than 8000 majority in that elections. In 2019 election also, Dhanalakshmi of YCP has defeated TDP candidate.
