New BPS Scheme in AP – Charges, Online Applications and Guidelines 2019

Andhra Pradesh Government is all set to issue orders for another round of BPS scheme in the state. The notification with new GO may be released in January 2019. Most of the guidelines will be similar to the previous BPS implemented in 2015.

Applicable till 31 August 2019:

New BPS scheme is going to be applicable for the constructions completed till 31 August 2019. Buildings that were rejected for BPS during 2007 and 2015 also will be considered this time. Those who have not applied in the previous schemes can also apply in this round for BPS clearance.

Application Fee is Rs.10000:

The applicants have to pay Rs.10000 as initial fee while applying online for BPS scheme. This is non-refundable amount. Only 10 percent of fee only will be refunded in case of rejection of BPS applications even after complete payment.

More applications from Vijayawada and Guntur:

Government of AP is expecting more BPS applications from Vijayawada and Guntur as more than 35000 unauthorised constructions are identified in these cities.

Online Applications:

The owners of the unauthorises properties have to apply online only for the regularisation under BPS scheme in AP. Applications have to be submitted through https://bps.ap.gov.in/BPS/Views/Login.aspx  . Fee also have to be paid online through the website.
