Kokapet area is rocking with real estate boom these days. Many new residential apartment and commercial projects are being launched and many more in pipeline. Adding fuel to these, My Home constructions is planning a huge private IT Hub in the area which will further boost the business in Kokapet, FD and surrounding areas.
A news report filed by The Times of India has quoted that the My Home Group is coming up with plans of 30-3 million square feet project at the budget of around 2 billion dollars in Kokapet.
80 acres project
The proposed project may comprise of various residential and commercial and entertainment, retail and recreational segments. The total project area would be around 80 acres, as mentioned in the report of the news daily.
My Home Group has already started excavation works and and has roped in experts from countries like Singapore, Hongkong and Hongkong. The project is yet to be named and phase 1 constructions is likely to commence from June 2021, as per the company officials mentioned in the report.
