Here comes Nokia with another three new variants of mobile phones for music lovers. To meet the requirements of music aficionados, Nokia has rolled out three new feature phones with an emphasis on music unlimited. The new models are named as Nokia Asha 200, Nokia X2-02 with dual SIM portfolio and Nokia Asha 300 touch and type with 1GHz processor offering faster internet access. The models are aimed to tap the consuming passion of Indian consumers for music.
After tasting success with the Nokia music service on high end mobile devices, the company has launched the new feature cell phones with a host of other features. The new features this time includes social networking, faster internet access and entertainment. These handsets are offered at affordable price range with an eye on the mass market. The three devices Nokia Asha 200, Nokia X2-02 and Nokia Asha 300 are are displayed in Hyderabad market also as part of the nation wide launch.
The remaining two feature phones also equipped with Nokia browser and Webapps are likely to be launched across the country soon. Nokia music services offer access to more than 40 lakh legal, DRM free (digital rights management) digital soundtracks in 19 to 20 genres and downloadable from Nokia music stores. Nokia has tie up with Indian Music Association with over 100 labels like T-Series and four international companies for this purpose. The new feature phones are offering free music download services for initial 3 months.
