Property registrations in Telangana state will be going completely online from 1st August 2017. The Government of Telangana has decided to implement any time registration facility within 15 minutes at registration / sub-registrar offices after completing the due process online.
The property buyers need not go to registration offices with all the documents. At present, both online and offline processes are being implemented at various sub registrar offices. Only online registrations (Public Data Entry System) will be accepted 1st August 2017 onwards.

The buyers / sellers can upload the registration related documents online and can set the time to complete formalities at sub registrar offices. They need to present before sub registrar on the fixed time and finish the registration process within 15 minutes.
The website of Department of Stamps and Registrations is being upgraded to facilitate the online registration process. The online process will bring transparency in the process and also save time for the public.
