Harsh Vardhan is a doctor by profession. He is a reputed ENT specialist in Delhi. He was the President of the BJP Delhi unit. He entered into the politics in 1993 when the Delhi state was formed.
Harsh Vardhan is elected to the Delhi Assembly for the first time in 1993 and went on to get reelected in 1998, 2003, and 2008 assembly elections from Krishna Nagar constituency in East Delhi.
