Julakanti Rangareddy is a CPM leader from Nolgonda district. Rangareddy won the Miryalaguda Assembly Constituency for three terms. In 2009 elections, he won the seat defeating Tirunagari Gangadhar of the Congress Party. He is the only MLA of CPI (M) won in the 2009 elections. He is the leader of the legislature party of the CPM.
