Update on 19th May 2020: Former minister Juvvadi Ratnakar Rao passed away. He was 85 and was ailing for sometime. He was minister for endowments, stamps and registrations in YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s cabinet. He has three sons. Juvvadi Ratnakar Rao is a former MLA from Buggaram Assembly Constituency (Present Koratla Constituency) in Karimnagar district of Telangana. He was elected thrice to Assembly from Buggaram. He contested from Koratla Assembly constituency in 2009 elections and defeated by the TRS candidate Kalvakuntla Vidyasagar Rao.
