K. D. Deshmukh is an MP of Balaghat (Madhya Pradesh ) Constituency from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was born on 1st January, 1949 at Jhaliwada, Balaghat (Madhya Pradesh). He studied till B.Sc., LL.B at Governemt J.S.T. College, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.
His parents are Shri Bathuji Deshmukh and Smt. Tejubai Deshmukh. He was married to Smt. Rita Deshmukh and they have one son and one daughter. He is a Agriculturist and interest in helping the poor and deprived sections of society.
He was elected as Member of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly during 1977 to 1992 and also elected to 15th Lok Sabha Constituency in 2009. He is a Member of Committee on Chemicals and Fertilizers in 2009.
