K Chenna Kesava Reddy has represented as an MLA of Congress Party in Kurnool district. He was elected as an MLA from Yemmiganur Constituency in 2004 and 2009 Assembly elections. 2004 was his first term as an MLA. Chennakesava Reddy also served as Mandal President and Council member of APSRTC. Chennakesava Reddy is a staunch supporter of YSR family. He is supporting YSR Congress now. He was disqualified for supporting No – confidence motion moved by the TDP in AP Assembly. He will be contesting on YSR Congress Party ticket in the bye elections. He is one of the senior leaders in Kurnool district.
