The Government of Telangana has decided to sell the left over flats of Rajiv Swagruha projects at Bandlaguda and Pocharam in Hyderabad to the employees of Telangana state government. The interested employees can book the flats online through www.tsswagruha.cgg.gov .in . The flats will be offered at discount prices.
About 3710 flats have been for sale. Some of these are in finished stage and some other in semi-finished status. The flats will be allotted to the Government employees. These residential flats were constructed by the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation. The Government has also finalised the guidelines for allotting the flats.
The finished flats are ready for occupation by the residents. Semi-finished flats need internal works like electrical, sanitary fixtures, flooring, painting, etc. Parking spaces also will be allotted on payment on first- come – first- serve basis.
