The Government of Telangana has decided to stamp the land papers that were only on papers till the date under Sada Bainama / Saada Bainama scheme. The farmers who have the papers with land details can apply for Saada Bainama registrations with their Tahasildars / MROs in Telangana.
All the Saada Bainama registrations will be done free of cost. Saada Bainama scheme is applicable for the land transactions that were written on papers till 2nd June 2014. The land can be to the extent of upto five acres. The title deeds will be issued free of cost from 2nd June to 15th June 2016.
Saada Bainama registrations will be done across all the villages in state of Telangana except HMDA and KUDA areas and other municipal areas. The mutation of land records will be done free of cost. About 3 lakhs applications were received in Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam districts. There will sone three lakhs more applications from other districts.
The last date for the submission of applications for Saada Bainama registrations is 15th June 2016. But the last date is likely to be extended due to heavy rush at the Tahasildar offices. The Government has also exempted stamp duty and registration charges for Saada Bainama registrations.
am staying in Bommarasipet village , shamir Pet Mandal, RR Dist ( Medchel), my father purchased 1.5 acros of Agriculture Land from reddy’s in village , at that time , my father dont know about registarion , he has given on Bond Paper , now he passed away , and his wife not doing registation the land , we have all DOC of Proof of Purchased , Kindly help in this ,

My grand father purchased land on my name at the time my age was 4 years old , they were done agreement on white paper .then I kept application in sada bainama but MRO was rejected my application due to because of your a minor .so , that’s y rejected.
