The Government of Telangana has announced Sada Bainama land registrations for the rural agricultural lands in Telangana state as one time regularisation scheme. Lands upto 5 acres which were only recorded on the papers will be regularised under this scheme. There will be no stamp duty and registration charges for Sada Bainama registrations.

These are called form X claims and the Government has instructed the collectors to receive such applications following some conditions. The regularisation shall be applicable only to the agricultural lands in rural areas. Following are guidelines and GO of Sada Bainama scheme 2016:
