The Government of Telangana has introduced Sada Bainama land registration scheme to benefit the agricultural land owners in villages. The scheme is aimed at executing registrations of the lands which were being cultivated for decades by the farmers but not entered in the revenue records. Following is the procedure to know the status of your Sada Bainama application:
1) Log on to http://mabhoomi.telangana.gov.in/
2) You can find a link at the right end of the page mentioning ‘Sada Bainama Application Accepted Status’. Click on that link.
3) You will be redirected to the page with land details. There you have to fill the details of district, village, tahasil / mandal etc.
4) You can also get the application status by entering transaction number in the specified column.
It is estimated that about 3.21 lakh land deals recorded under Telangana government’s sada bainama scheme. The government has also received several complaints on sub-registrars regarding misuse of schemes.

The Government of Telangana has released GO 59 for regularisation of Sada Bainama lands. This will legalise the lands purchased through sada bainama (plain paper) transactions. All the property transactions that were done on plain paper prior to June 2, 2014 should be registered in the names of owners.
