TDP has released first list of candidates for the coming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh. The polling is scheduled on 11th April 2019. TDP has announced candidates for more than 100 assembly segments.
There is so much anxiety and tension among the aspirants as TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu has been conducting constituency wise meetings and discussions for the past several weeks.
There are many contentious constituencies as well. Several ministers are also believed to be denied tickets this time considering various factors. Some ministers were asked to contest as MP candidates.
TDP has retained almost all the sitting MLAs. The party is expecting a positive vote this time considering rolling out of various welfare schemes. But TDP is facing trouble while choosing MP candidates for various constituencies.
YSRCP is likely to release its first list in a day or two. Janasena has already released first list with 32 MLA candidates and 4 MP candidates.
