The GHMC / HMDA and Government of Telangana are gearing up to announce the guidelines for BRS (Building Regularization Scheme) and LRS (Land Regularization) Schemes in 2015. The Government may release separate guidelines for both schemes. The regularization schemes will be implemented in HMDA, all municipalities and towns in the state of Telangana simultaneously.
The cut off date for the BRS and LRS eligibility will be 31st August 2015. The guidelines will be framed for HMDA, HUDA, VUDA, DTCP and other Panchayat Layouts.
The Government is also planning to publicise the BRS and LRS schemes to get more income to the treasury. The layouts and buildings approved under LRS and BRS schemes will be eligible for bank loans from PSU and private banks.
The constructions under the limits of 30 meters from the railway track, places with historical importance, spaces left for infrastructure in colonies will not be considered for LRS and BRS schemes. Layouts without basic facilities will be charged 200 percent penalty under these schemes.

The Government has not announced any website for LRS and BRS application submission. Let us hope it will get ready soon.

18 months ago i started constructing independent house g+3floors in 264sqy with permission for g+2 i paid total lrs amount in 2013 Now my quire is that apart from 264sqy a excess 86sqy land i have purchased from developer & paid total amount for 86sqy & developer agreed to construction together(264+86sqy) but due to some reasons still the 86sqy is unregistered & developer promised to get registered in november2015 & my home is under completion on 264+86sqy pls advice me ( 1) lrs unpaid for 86sqy ( 2) permission not obtained from local authority as the piece of land is unregistered till 6nov2015, how to apply for BRS&LRS UNDER 2015 scheme
